A large proportion of pharmaceutical drugs are related to natural products. To assist research into the many promising substances which remain undiscovered or untested, the Sepbox series is designed for the automated separation of compounds from natural sources (such as Traditional Chinese Medicines) using 2D HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and SPE (Solid Phase Extraction) coupling.

The Sepbox's patented online coupling of HPLC-SPE-HPLC techniques allows samples to be processed automatically for high throughput screening, rapidly generating reproducible and reliable separations. By eliminating the need for a large investment in HR and research facilities, it enables significant savings in time and money to be made.

An automated 2-dimensional preparative system using online coupling of HPLC and SPE techniques, the Sepbox 2D-2000 gives high-throughput screening for active components. Its intuitive user-friendly software supports method development, process control, data acquisition and data analysis.
