A modular robotic platform designed for automated reaction and sample preparation, the Chemspeed SWING’s versatility makes it suitable for sample preparation across a diverse array of applications and facilitates high-throughput automation of substance handling tasks.
The basic platform can be used in a wide variety of configurations requiring different dispensing methods, making it suitable for R&D activities in a wide range of industries, such as Petrochemicals, Materials Science, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Fine & Specialty Chemicals, Personal Care, Home Care and Food.
- Wide range of exchangeable tools compatible with other Chemspeed platforms.
- Tools can be automatically exchanged during a run, allowing fine-tuned adaptation to user’s workflow.
- Gravimetric dispensing units feature built-in patented overhead balance for precisely measured dispensing of solids (in granular or powdered form), liquids, viscous liquids and pastes.
- The availability of both a range of gravimetric dispensing units and a 4-needle volumetric liquid dispensing unit on the same platform enables highly efficient, accurate and precise dispensing of more than 95% of catalogue chemicals, including highly viscous liquids.
- Multiple dispensing configurations include one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one and many-to-many.
