Crystalline SE

Parallel crystallization experimentation made flexible and easy

Technobis Crystalline 高通量结晶系统

Compact Yet Sophisticated Parallel Crystallizer

Technobis's compact yet sophisticated Crystalline SE (Standard Edition) allows parallel crystallization processes in various modes suitable for crystallization process development and optimization. Its intuitive control and analysis software gives unparalleled access to real-time information on experiments. The Crystalline series meets the needs of a broad range of industries.

The Crystalline SE can easily import solubility and MSZW information from the Crystal16 or other sources to be used as a starting point for controlled single crystal growth. It utilizes disposable 8ml glass vials, allowing the user to screen many conditions in parallel, with a very limited sample quantity.

  • Modular design allows easy customization and upgrading to Crystalline PV or RR, adding options including turbidity measurement, particle viewing, and Raman spectroscopy.
  • 8 independently programmable reactors with overhead stirring make it possible to study the effect of different solvents or counter-ions in a simple and easy fashion.
  • 8 blocks with independently programmable temperature and stirring control with stir bar enable one system to be used simultaneously by several operators.
  • 8 independent non-invasive turbidity probes provide real-time turbidity measurements while avoiding cross-contamination.
  • ml-scale reaction saves on samples while compact ergonomic design saves valuable laboratory space.
  • Range of crystallization techniques (e.g. cooling, evaporation, anti-solvent addition, etc.) supported.
  • Precise temperature control (0.1 °C) and fast heating / cooling rate
  • Can mix even the most viscous materials in a controlled fashion
  • ml-scale refluxing capability and seeding capability
  • ml-scale slow evaporation with N2 flow
  • Feedback control allows response to crystallization events during the temperature cycle
  • Software for fast report export
  • Thermocycling crystallization
  • Slow evaporation crystallization
  • Vapour diffusion crystallization
  • Fast solubility curve and MSZW determination
  • Single crystal growth
